Materials
-2 packs of jelly powder jelly flavor
-2 packs of sweetened condensed milk
-2 packs of black instant coffee
-Sago pearl porridge (pearl jelly) to taste
-250 grams of sugar
-800 ml of boiled water
-1 liter UHT milk
-Ice cubes as needed
Steps
- Bring the mixture of boiled water and two packets of jelly powder to a boil until it boils. Pour into two molds. When frozen, cut the jelly into cubes in the first mold, and grate the jelly in the second.
- Also boil the sago pearl jelly with enough water until cooked, then drain and discard the boiled water. Prepare a large bowl then mix and dissolve the coffee, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and UHT milk and stir until blended.
- Put the diced jelly jelly, shavings of grass jelly and pearl jelly into the container and stir again. Prepare a glass or smaller container and add ice cubes to taste. Pour the jelly milk coffee solution into the glass to taste.
